يتخرج الطالب من المعهد اذا استوفى الحضور واجتاز الاختبارات النهائية وقدم التقارير والبحث النهائي، وتحسب بالشكل التالي:

10% للحضور

10% للتفاعل مع المادة والصف

40% للامتحانات

40% للتقرير

ويحصل الطالب على شهادة تخرج مصدقة من قبل راعي الابرشية عند انتهاء سنين الدارسة الثلاث.

    Student is to graduate when accomplishing all the requirements. (Attending, passing exams, reports and final essay) which are counted as below: 10% attending 10% interacting with the subject and the class 40% for exams 40% for reports and essays   A graduation certificate signed by the Archbishop is to be given to the successful student who finished the 3 years of study.
